Spiritual Life

At Calvary Chapel we place a strong emphasis on worship and service. These are two of the prominent out-flowings of a growing relationship with Christ. Each week we have Chapel services where students corporately worship, pray, and receive teaching from the Word of God.

We also provide opportunities for our students to grow through service to others. Our students take mission trips and day trips to serve with our church. Teachers sponsor events called Moving Days from the Scripture describing Jesus as "moved with compassion." Students can sign up for these Moving Days throughout the year. Community Service hours are a part of the Bible curriculum in both seventh and eighth grade. Students are required to serve 2.5 hours each trimester. Details are handled through the Bible classes.
