Stanford Achievement Testing
This coming Thursday and Friday (April 26 and 27) all CCJH students will be taking the SAT 10. This test is one of the most common assessments utilized by schools to assess students’ comprehension and academic growth, and it will provide CCJH with qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate our students’ development. Additionally, the testing data allows our teachers to improve their instructional methods, as the scores help to identify areas of instructional strengths and weaknesses.
As you can see, these test results play a key role in helping us to keep CCJH academically sharp. So we kindly ask that you help your child to be prepared on test day--well-fed, well-rested, and aware of the importance of putting forth the best possible effort. Thank you!

A Matter of Days...
It is merely a matter of days until the 2011/2012 school year comes to a close, and here's a quick glimpse at what those days will contain:
- Friday, May 18: 8th Grade Beach Day
- Thursday, May 24: Final Pep Rally of the year (Spirit Day dress code applies)
- Monday, May 28: Memorial Day (no school)
- June 8, 11, and 12: Final exams (school ends @ noon)
- June 14: CCJH graduation

ParentsWeb
There are two versions of ParentsWeb depending on your Internet access – a low-speed version for dial-up users, and a broadband version for users with high-speed Internet access.

Apple Safari Not Supported
Unfortunately, the Apple Safari browser is not yet supported by the ParentsWeb upgrade. There is a workaround and it's pretty easy.
